DD-WRT Companion is a mobile app that lets you connect to, monitor and manage your DD-WRT routers on the go.

Public Roadmap

TL;DR

DD-WRT is a Linux based alternative OpenSource firmware suitable for a great variety of WLAN routers and embedded systems. However, its web interface is quite impractical to navigate with from mobile devices.

This app aims at making DD-WRT devices management and monitoring a breeze, right from your mobile device.

Introduction

The overall rationale behind this project is to provide a set of apps dedicated to manage various routers and embedded devices with various firmwares.

At this time, I am targeting DD-WRT routers, but the implementation aims at being flexible enough to support other firmwares (Tomato, OpenWRT, …) and their variants.

The app currently assumes the Router has a fully working SSH server (and, if required, external access if your router is behind a NAT network).

It works with both private key and password based authentication methods.
